Pancrealex 10ml

 


Pancrealex injection is a homeopathic injection solution for the treatment of diseases of the pancreas of pets.

Pancrealex has an anti-inflammatory and protective effect on the tissue of the pancreas, promotes the preservation of acinar cells, regulates the exocrine function of the pancreas, in pancreatitis prevents the development of hyperglycemia, has an antiemetic effect. Torbugesic 10ml

 

Pancrealex Indication

Pancrealex is prescribed to dogs and cats in complex therapy for acute and chronic pancreatitis, triaditis, including to eliminate the symptoms of vomiting in these diseases, as well as to restore the exocrine function of the pancreas (improving digestion). 

 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Pancrealex is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously at a dosage of 0.1 ml/1 kg of animal weight:

– for the treatment of acute pancreatitis in dogs – 1-2 times a day for 5-7 days, then 3-4 injections 1 time in 1-3 days;

– for the treatment of acute pancreatitis in cats – 2 times a day for 5-7 days, then 3-4 injections 1 time per day;

– for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis, including in the acute stage, in dogs and cats – 1-2 times a day for 5-7 days, then 2-3 times a week for 1-2 weeks;

– for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis as part of triadit in cats – 2 times a day for 3-5 days, then 1 time a day for 5-10 days;

– to improve digestion (restoration of the exocrine function of the pancreas) in dogs – 1 time per day for 14 days.

No special effects were identified during the first use or when the drug was discontinued.

 

COMPOSITION AND FORM OF RELEASE

Anti-inflammatory drug in the form of injection solution, contains in 1000 ml as active substance:

Atropa belladonna - 0.1 ml,

Berberis vulgaris D1 - 1.0 ml,

Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D4 trituration - 0.01 g,

Lycopodium clavatum D1 - 0.01 μl,

Matricaria recutita - 0.001 ml,

Taraxacum officinalis - 0.01 ml and auxiliary substances: sodium chloride, sodium acetate trihydrate, ethyl alcohol 95%, hydrochloric acid, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, polysorbate 80, water for injection.

In appearance, the drug is a colorless transparent liquid. Pancrealex is produced in sterile packaging of 10ml in glass bottles, sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled with aluminum caps. The bottles are packed in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use. Tramadol For Dogs

 

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Pancrealex is a combination drug for the treatment of pancreatic diseases. The drug contains components that prevent the production of proinflammatory factors, have a cytoprotective effect and help preserve the structure of the pancreas, regulate the exocrine function of the pancreas, glucose and triglyceride metabolism.

Pancrealex has an anti-inflammatory and protective effect on the tissue of the pancreas, helps preserve acinar cells, regulates the exocrine function of the pancreas, prevents the development of hyperglycemia in pancreatitis, and has an antiemetic effect.

According to the degree of impact on the body, the drug is classified as a low-hazard substance (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), and does not have a local irritant or sensitizing effect.

 

SIDE EFFECTS

When using the drug in accordance with these instructions, side effects and complications are generally not observed. In case of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug and the occurrence of allergic reactions, the use of Pancrealex is stopped and the animal is prescribed antihistamines and symptomatic therapy.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

A contraindication to the use of the drug is individual hypersensitivity of the animal to its components.

 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Pancrealex is not intended for use in productive animals.

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

In the manufacturer's sealed packaging, separate from food and feed, in a place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of 0°C to 30°C.

Shelf life is 36 months.
