Artralgin Dexa  is an anti-inflammatory , analgesic indicated in the primary treatment of all chronic or acute inflammatory processes of the musculoskeletal system. PROPERTIES Phenylbutazone is a non-steroidal  anti-inflammatory  drug (NSAID) that has a powerful analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antirheumatic action. It is a pyrazolonic derivative that, as such, acts in the initial phase of the inflammatory process, preventing or reducing vascular permeability and therefore edema as well as the constitution of the inflammatory focus. Dexamethasone is a high-potency glucocorticoid (20 times more potent than hydrocortisone and 5 to 7 times more potent than Prednisone). It has a rapid onset of action and a prolonged effect (36 to 72 hours) with minimal mineralocorticoid action.
